Spoke to our current guest earlier and they were sat tight watching TV with candles at the ready and prepared for complete loss of services (water included). Despite a polite email from our management co. our guests have had no information (we have tornado info in our guests information pack) from either the management co. or the tour operator (booking via management co. & T.O.)!! Feel more than a little helpless given the distance!!
