    Here is my little wooden Cape home....its lived through tons of big storms....even the Perfect one......its also had a twister pass it in the next block........so if she can hold ground......I hope the new home in FL can to.........

    Hehehehehe.....it ended up being 3ft deep on the roof......we had to get this snow removing thingy to get the snow off or lose the roof....it was great fun standing in 4 ft of snow.....swinging this 15 ft pole onto the roof......the guys all give up but I did it for hours......I really wonder why we keep men around sometimes........[?][?]

    I know.....just an inch would close some road in England.....hubby went to work 20 miles away everyday over here......and my son got one day off school......they cope with bad weather a lot better in the US......

    It's always like the bad weather is a total surprise to the Authorities. Hello it happens every year they should know how to deal with it!! Good old UK Councils!

    lol - My Uncle-in-law lives in Edmonton Canada, and when he comes over here and see's that we practically shut down in the UK for a snow flurry, he has hysterics! We aren't geared up for it, but we should be, happens often enough!

    Exactly! Two of my closets friendds live in Canada and they were laughing when we were working somewhere together that was minus 22, call this cold girl they said!!! My nose hairs were frozen.....sorry but what a strange feeling that was!!!!
