We are thinking of selling our town house (Island Club Resort & Spa) which is in a gated community off the US27.
We wish to buy a villa near Winter Haven.
The house is 3 years old bought new in Nov 2001.
There is a community pool with club house,tennis,basketball court etc.
It is fully furnished and suitable for short term rental.
Location : In Davenport opposite Highland Reserve Golf.

Are there any town homes with pools on this development Mr Fibble? I ask as there appears to be 1 on Realtor.com but Im not sure if Im reading this correctly
