if anyone has a bad dining experience with poor food or service, please remember to ask for your receipt as in florida i do find that you are not always given a receipt. i had the unfortunate experience of a very bad dining experience and i was most concerned. my letter of complaint was 2 pages. i will not mention the restuarant but complained via the company web site and I received $100 of vouchers to use on my next visit to florida, as the company wanted to restore my faith in their good food.
