Downtown Disney and Disney Quest are two different things...Downtown Disney is the general name, Disney Quest is a Virtual Reality expereince in it's own building. There is actually Disney Market Village, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island,the west side. You have to pay a admission into Disney Quest. Bonnie
