There is at least one villa in Port Charlotte available on the Gulf coast section of Orlando Villas. Why not send an enquiry and see if they have availabilty for...
Thanks very much Jackie. They have been great fun to own and Dolphin Creek has always broken even taking over $70,000 in rentals for 2006 so far. We unfortunately need to release the money we have...
We wish to sell the two homes we have on the Gulf coast. They both have boat docks and Gulf access. Dolphin Creek Villa has many bookings in place for 2006 and 2007 all at excellent rates. Please see...
The are great photos of Rotonda:)I love the ones of Coral Creek too, they make me feel quite homesick. I wish I had a camera which was good enough to photograph the fish jumping[8D]
These photos of an adult and a baby manatee were taken by guests who rented our villa at the beginning of May. Apparently they were right by our boat dock from late afternoon and stayed all evening:)...
Excellent idea Andrew[8D][clap]
Thankfully for us Gulf owners plenty of guests think that a private villa is the way to go at the coast too. I think these views would match most beachfront condos and they win every time for me

Here is the information I give to my guests:
Local Beaches
The Sea Turtle nesting/hatching season is from 1st May to 31st October. Any nests will be fenced off on the beach. Female turtles lay...
A guest who stayed in our villa in June/July saw groups of manatee and dolphins where our creek joins the gulf, near where the old railroad bridge crosses over to Boca Grande:) Your best bet to see...
I have just spoke to my MC and apparently Port Charlotte is still in a bad way. Frances caused them problems with flooding, Punta Gorda was again badly affected. Buildings will be rebuilt but it is...
Are you staying in a villa Lisi? If so I would check with the individual owner as Port Charlotte suffered quiet a lot of damage due to Charley, whereas just down the road, Rotunda/Englweood/Cape Haze...
We have just heard from our realtor and our MC. We have been so lucky as we are on open water in a low lying area. Some damage to the pool cage and we have lost most of the trees in the garden (one...
No definate news for me yet. Our home's phone is now dead. Our MCs phone is not working and their cell just has an answerphone. I spoke to my realtor and they are safe but they left town yesterday...
Or for somewhere equally beautiful and much less built up ......... Cape Haze, Rotunda, Englewood;);)

I have a villa there and would be happy to try and help too:)
Andrew can you get a boat to anywhere else on the Keys from Fort Myers or just Key West? I would like to visit there from our villa but prefer Key Largo:)
Rotunda is not that far from Sarasota. Here you usually buy a plot of land, then find a builder to build on it for you. Our villa is close to Rotunda and the communities in our area are developed in...
Hopefully the home you are staying in will have a book advising on local restaurants etc. I know plenty in the Cape Haze/Englewood/Port Charlotte areas but these are probably further than you wish to...
I have a villa at Cape Haze (which is near to Englewood/Rotunda, between Sarasota and Fort Myers) and may be able to help if you have questions specific to this area.
