I had an email sat from fair fx offering 1.40.
Fairfx sent me an email yesterday saying they are offering $1.40 to the pound. Apparently Britain didnt need to borrow as much as it thought in December.Quote:

I hope so want to transfer more money over, so will have to transfer a smaller amount for now.
This morning Transferwise are offering $1.43. I find that they are always the best. Also it usually arrive in less than 24 hours. I check them all each time I need to make a transfer and they have always come up best.

Currently trading at a tad over $1.43, so I wonder if they know something we don't.
Well it looks like things are moving in the right direction, I'm looking for $1.50 so fingers crossed.
Travelex up to $1.42 so a slight rise today, here's hoping.
Just got 1.4642 from Transferwise on £5000 - was waiting for the £ to bounce back a bit :)
Can pretty well guarantee that $ will now get cheaper :mad:
