Last time we had someone join us on a later flight (our son) we just popped back to the desk when we picked him up but was told we could have added him at any of their depots. Probably still the same but am sure someone will pass on the correct information if it has changed.
Yes, each driver needs to be present to show their license. As Jill says, they can be added later if necessary at any convenient depot, but must not drive until they have done so.
