Increase in enquiries with dubious attachments

Just wanted to make others aware that I have recently seen an increase in the number of "normal looking" enquiries from Guests who say they have attached their details/requirements in a PDF file. I NEVER open the attachments but instead reply to them stating that I cannot open their attachment therefore can they provide their info manually and surprise surprise, I never hear back from them.

Always better to be safe than sorry...!
