I have just returned our hire car to Dollar at MCO and was told they now email receipts.
I've just received my receipt and have been charged for an upgrade which we did not have.
Extremely unhappy, have forwarded receipt to Roger, hopefully something can be resolved quickly as Im on my CC limit
Sorry to hear about that. As you know, Carolyn has your email and she has passed to Dollar to find out why they have charged you. If you didn't take an upgrade then they most certainly shouldn't charge you for one! These days Dollar have been really good with not charging for such things, so it's unfortunate this has happened.
Have got the refund - thanks. Would have been hard to do if booked direct.
