Newbie looking for advice and support.

Newbie from the UK here.

I am looking for any advice and support on buying our first a holiday home/rental in Florida.

We have been to Florida several times, we absolutely love everything about the place and have decided this is where we want to make our next investment. (we have UK rental properties)

We are looking for a 3 bed condo initially, on a resort that offers full management services, we are completely new to buying outside of the UK so looking forward to being pointed in the right direction.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

There is a special section of the forum for owners only. It's not secret stuff just things that would not be useful to guests, like taxes pool cleaning and lots of management stuff.

As a potential new owner you can get access to this area by sending an email to the site owner through the links in the heading.

The only word of caution is that this forum is all about villas and their owners. So while some of the info may be of use there is very little condo specific detail.
