Langdons holiday day 1
We took off from bristol stopping via manchester to fuel up and have some cargo loaded which took a little longer than expected but we were soon off again and with some luck landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
Immigration and sanford took 10 minutes and no queue for the car -fantastic.Upgraded to the gas guzzling escalade, Nick was so happy with his new toy and all the gadgets it came with.

A cooler day in florida at 17c when we arrived -pleased to see the florida sunshine!
After a mcdonalds we popped to downtown disney to wonder round the shops (needed a jumper on due to the cooler temp)and stay awake for as long as possible. In bed by 9:30pm as exhaustion set in.
Day 2 is a bit more exciting and will post shortly.

We upgraded at the dollar desk in sanford. We wanted the durango but they didn't have any so they offered us the escalade or an aspen for the same price.Nick was tempted with the hummer (more expensive) but it only had 5 seats and we needed 6.It was a holiday treat with in ceiling dvd and almost as many buttons as a flight deck that i needed to read the manual.A car we'd never seen before to hire and although we were lucky to get 20 to the gallon (6.8 litre v8) in it i have to say it was a beautiful car and glad that we did have it as we could never afford such luxury back home.
Boy did the engine roar![msncool]
thanks
