Hi and welcome.
This site was our Oracle last year when we were going.
Everything you need to know you will find out on this site.
We booked our car through here without a hitch. Highly recommended!
We are hoping to get back either the end of this year or next year. We hope to move this year so Mickey may have to wait!
Enjoy the planning

Hi Oli ,welcome to the forum Its never too early to start planning a Florida vacation ,we are here on the last day of ours exchanging notes with a friend on what both of us did on this trip. After speaking to him I want to visit the Everglades next time and he wants to visit Cypress Gardens after speaking with us . What part of Canada did you grow up in , not Toronto by any chance? Our family is quite familiar with Toronto ,a beautiful city .
happy holidays .[msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

Hi,
I grew up in Kitchener, Ontario which is about an hour from Toronto. Lived there for 10 years. I been back in Ireland since 1995 so it all seems like a distant memory to me!!
The first (and only) time I went to Florida I went as a baby sitter for 2 families who lived near me. We drove from Ontario through the States to Florida. It took 28 hours and when we left Canada it was winter (March) the ground was covered in snow and it was -2.
On our journey the seasons changed as we passed through each state from winter to spring (melting snow, then buds and leaves on trees) to summer when we hit Florida(+26). An amazing sight to see in the space of 28 hours and 1 car ride!!
hey oli this site is great help with everything
