Orlando in May
Hi There,I have visted Orlando in October a number of times but am thinking of going in May.I would like to ask the forum a couple of questions.
In October we have found the parks very easy in respect of lines for rides,How is May are the parks busy ?
Also the past couple of times in October the weather has been a bit poor due to the storms that come in this time of year ,hows the weather in May?
Many thanks for your comments

We have been in MAY and the weather is nice and warm no humidty and the parks are not busy busy as they say in FLORIDA so you will be ok .
We like FLORIDA at all times but if you have young children it is better for them with the sun not as hot .

Hi Jon, both October and May are usually really good months to visit Florida, the warm days and nights with a lack of humidity is great, however the 'seasons' seem to be changing everywhere giving little blips in the usual patterns. The great thing about the weather there though is that normally if you get bad weather, it will only last two or three days before the skies clear again

We love May, but then again I love it all year round as well. Been in early Jan, middle of February. Mid May, End of July all of August, End October and End of December. All have varying types of weather, but over all same sort of temps from 75 to 90 odd plus. Still a lot warmer than back here.
May is the time of year, that can have beautiful warm clear days, on the odd occasion a bit fresh, and maybe on the odd occasion a slight chance of a thunderstorm in the evening/night.
You find that on some days it gets quite warm and sticky, then you have a storm overnight which clears the clouds and leaves a very bright clear and fresh day the next morning.
Hope this helps.
You have Memorial Day and the odd one day holiday, although no major holidays to speak off, on the American side, just the usual spring half term with the UK. which is a week

May is one of our favourite times of year and we have not found the park queues too long. We normally try to go early May before the schools in Florida break up for the summer.

We love May and go every year, we have 5 of the grandchildren coming with us next year so are having to go last week in April thru first wek in May.
The weather is lovely, not much rain and parks are quieter.
you will enjoy it no doubt at all

We go every year either late April or early May and the weather is great. Last couple of years 79-85 and very little rain, if any.

Like many others May is one of our favourite months to visit Florida, October is good so is September, November, December, January and March.
I love Florida so anytime would be OK for me[msncool]

We visited our villa in late May this year and the weather was absolutely wonderful. The parks were not very busy and we managed to do everything we wanted to do with few queues.
We love October, too, so really it is just a matter of choice. Either time would be brilliant.[msncool]
