Stayed the same :(
Lost 7lb in total tho since I started :)
My target is to lose another 7lb [msneek] Like you Lucy I think it's going to take me quite some time to lose this [msnscared] Well done on your 1lb off
Well done Aiminghigh [clap] [clap] 1lb to go - that is brilliant!!!
Liesa - I've been stocking up on the Innocent smoothies while they are half price in Sainsbury - I won't be able to afford them at full price either [msnoo] [msnoo] I have loved all the flavours but the mango one makes my mouth swell (too much of the wrong kind of fresh fruit for me) [msnoo] so I have had to stick with the pineapple, banana & coconut one [msntongue] [msntongue]

well done Barbara and Julie keep at it!!!!
will pop out shortly to get these smoothies!

Julie watch the pinapple, banana and coconut one its 73 cals per 100 mls compared with 52 cals for the cranberries nd raspberries one! A 100 mls is only half a small glass so be careful of cal intake, also coconuts and bananas are high GI so you are better avoiding them - sorry![msnsad]
Liesa go for the cranberry and raspberry or the mango ones!
Well done Barbara, keep it going, if you are hungry eat some fruits it helps!
I must admit I feel really good today, this whole thing is really coming together, the children are so aware of what they are eating even the 3 y/o! They loved the shepherds pie I made last night, I had some without the potato topping, with salad too!
I have stuggled with stamina for running this week and then remembered I had not taken iron tabs for ages ( I'm always anaemic) so wonder if thats why?
Anyway the sun is shinning and my tightest jeans are now loose and my sparkly belt I got for my birthday fits and my new combats size 14 are now to big! Im going to look good this summer if it kills me!!!
Won't be a Florida babe but will be a UK babe
[grouphug]
Happy Friday all!!!!

OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH [msncry]
Our Sainsbury only has coconut or mango ones and as I just can't cope with the mango I settled for the coconut one. Would like the cranberry & raspberry if only I could get it.....
Guess I could try drinking the mango one thru a straw - see if it doesn't affect me as much? But it might be too thick for a straw [msnsad]
Glad you are having such a good day [msnsmile2]

If you ask in Sainsburys they will normally get in what you want, worth a try?
Where do you live Julie?

Thanks everyone-even though I didn't have much to lose, it's been really hard work and I can't believe how disciplined I've had to be to lose such a little. Goodness knows how I'd go on if I had to eat and exercise like this for ever! I eat very healthily anyway and the extra weight was a combination of last year's holiday and Christmas[msnembarrased]. from which I never "recovered". I did think, though, that getting back to eating healthily and exercising moderately after Christmas would cause a slow and gradual loss-but it didn't! I've had to really go for this which I find quite depressing, as I know that any return to eating over and above the healthy quota will cause me to gain weight. So, although I do have friends who constantly say things about how lucky I am not to be overweight, they do not realise how hard it is to stay like this. I guess the adage about the less you have to lose, the harder it is, is true, but I didn't realise how much.
Anyway, I shall strive to lose this last pound before next week, when we go away.
Keep at it everyone, I shall certainly remain a member of this club, as the inevitable will happen when I go away next week and I need you to get me back on track before it becomes a permanent feature this time!!![msnwink]

Well done Aiminghigh!
It sounds like you and I are the same it takes such a huge amount of effort and exercise for such small losses - I have just realised I have lost 10lbs not 9lbs and that has taken me since Jan 17th!! So my average is 1lb per week!
I want to lose another stone so I guess its going to take me at least 14 weeks - so end of June here we come!
Liesa I wish I felt skinny but at 11 stone 9lbs and 5' 7" I dont! Another stone will help though!
You just keep at it, lots of little changes add up to big results and you will make it, just aim for 2lbs a week and by the end of June you will be 2 stones lighter!!! Come on why don't you and me have a 2 for 1 together and lets see if we can shift it by the end of June 1 stone for me and 2 for you?[msnwink]
