(just wanna mention Trev, i shouldnt have got the ticket on my car cos i had my disabled badge showing, i checked it online last night but had read b4 that you dont need a voucher for pay and display its free, when showing your badge)

Hi Everyone
I am dreading to weight myself tommorroe. I know I will have put some on. WHY?
My food intake has increased as I now eating breakfast and a small lunch, and my back has really been playing me up this week. Felt ok on monday went to the gym on Wednesday, and Thursday it was killing me. Took some dicofenic and didn't feel a thing on my gold lesson., came off them Friday afternoon and felt really ill. NO Trampolining on Friday. SOO I haven't been able to do that much. Back is still hurting a bit as well.
I am fed up of not getting this started properly.

I am having the 'monthly' from hell so feel very bloated so may pass on weigh tomorrow and leave it till next week, don't want anything to set me back - if you know what I mean - psychology of weight loss[msnscared]

It takes a few weeks of eating right to get your met rate kick in to gear and fired up, obviously excercise helps speed up the process.
If you are injured try to at least power walk just to burn of the cals and speed up your met rate, also still eat breakfast lunch etc but cut back on cals if you can, 1400 cals a day is ideal don't go as low as 1000 as your met rate will slow again.
Don't give up, my hubby has just started eating breakfast and started running again and he put on a couple of pounds in the first week, also got the muscle weighs heavier that fat going on in the begining, but that will change I promise you!!![grouphug

keep in there ceri. you can eat more and lose weight.also remember that study about eating big meals or several spaced out during the day.the constant grazers lost more weight . remeber not to eat lots and often though!![msnwink]
