Went to Morrisons and forgot the cottage cheese.
Still slimming by default.
Melon for brekkie-and Josh insisted on half-plus he ate my banana
Lunch was at brewer's fayre-thir mango, bacon, chicken salad. I asked for them to go light on the dressing-and they took no notice-so as I was starving I ate it anyway.
Stirfry for tea.
I've never been so good.

Hello everyone, I've just ben catching up with all the gossip....It seems like 'raging temps' both child and summer are everywhere at the moment.Hope all the little ones are well again. My 7 year old was sent home from school this week - and I was working away...so Daddy was on duty - he does a brilliant job, but it was hard not being there to just check!
On the food front I was really restrained this time and opted for chicken (no starter) don't ask about dessert! I wasn't quite so restrained....Still today is exactly nine months until our next trip and I've been soooooo good.
cereal and juice
grilled sausage and potato.
soup and roll -no butter
plenty of water and alittle something for later.....a curly wurly...I can make a cw last for hours...and the calories aren't heavy.Good old curlywurlys have saved my diet many times!
Keep up the good work
Good evening all.
Karen, hope Harry is now fully recovered. It must have been a worrying time for you.
Fiona, hope the launch went well and you got a good view.
Mizzy, hope you are feeling better and coped OK during the football. When do you get the results of your scan?
Had a hectic day today, agility class with Tansy this morning, it was so hot and the dogs really were not at their best in the heat. Still we had to go as we have a display in two weeks time and mine definitely needs all the practice she can get. When I go home DH wanted to go out to the boat and do some repairs to it so I had to take him down and help him with the dinghy. Then came home and had lunch 3.30pm after had a swim.
DH then phoned and wanted collecting at 5.30 so we then had another swim as he was all hot and sticky. Then came home and had to watch Andy Murray having that fantastic win against Andy Roddick.
Menu today
Cereal and banana
Salmon and salad then raspberries
Cherries
Fish kebabs cooked on the BBQ and salad then more raspberries and strawberries
2 glasses of white wine - 5 syns.
Not sure what we are doing tomorrow - DH wants me to go sailing but I feel like having a lazy day so may encourage him to go off on his own with one of his boat partners.
Jill
I was bad today[msneek].
Had the munchies and wanted something to nibble on while watching the football so Peter and I nipped out and got some peanuts and tortillas and dip.
Thought 'blow it today', its the only day since I started SW that I have gone off track so don't feel too bad.
Haven't done much today, too hot.
Jill we were down your beach yesterday evening, walked the dog and Jessica and I went in for a swim, it was lovely down there.
Hope all children are now feeling better.
have been so good all day.
Really hope it's shifting.
Just did a quick count up and think it's about 10 weeks to next hols.
At a 1lb a week that's 10lbs-hopefully it might be more.
Evening gals, or it will be morning for you soon.
Mega bummer of a day. Left at the crack of dawn to get to an English pub in Cocoa Beach to watch the footie. Agonising wasn't it? Not much more I can say.
Went off to the beach, (btw had the cheapest morning, 2 baskets of chips - yes I know!) and 2 red bulls and about half a dozen diet cokes and sprites cost just over $17. When we picked up a strawberry frap for each of the 3 of us from Starbucks on the way to the beach it was $14 - so not much difference then!
Got to the beach, had a great view, never seen so many people on a beach in Florida. Heard the engines start up, all very exciting and then came the bad news ... postponed until 3.27 Sunday. Interestingly enough guess what time DH is coming in - 3.20 at Orlando so although he very kindly volunteered to sit at the airport and wait for us we will be collecting him, and YD can watch on the telly. Took us over 3 hours to get back[msnoo][msnsad], stop start the WHOLE way[msnmad]. However, some good news tonight - just checked on the BBC news and thrilled to see Andy Murray beat Roddick - only thing that has cheered YD up - she has now given up on footie!
Supper was a repeat of yesterdays, accompanied by firstly a very strong b mary and secondly a glass of wine. Am just off to bed as falling asleep as I type. Have a good day tomorrow everyone.
Good Morning girls!
You know if England could play like we could chat they'd win hands down!![msnsmile2][msnsmile2]
Well, I've been good all week apart from one blip on monday, and I've been on the treadmill 5 days out of 7 for about 40 mins, and I'm please to report, another 2lbs off !![clap][clap][clap]
Thats even with a friends bbq on thurs (got bitten to goodness knows what) and family tea at my sisters yesterday. Stuck to salad and said no to cake and pudding[angel].
That makes a total loss of 27lb since feb and only 1lb more to reach my 2 stone lost. Hopefully next week.
I went into new look yesterday (I had vouchers not my normal choice of shop) slightly disappointed, when I started this diet I was a tight 20, tried a 16 hoping it would fit. I got them on (trousers) I could get them done up just, but they weren't wearable, tooooo tight. Although I was disappointed, instead of disolving into tears, it just made me more determined to carry on.
My head is definately in the right place. I hope it carries on, school holidays are rapidly approaching, thats gunna be hard for me with no routine.
Well done to everyone else who's lost this week, we're all doing really well.
Hope all the poorly children are feeling better, can't be nice to have a temperature in this heat!
I've never been to IHOP (been to florida twice) is it worth a visit? If so where is it? Also, I've only recently heard about the cheesecake factory, as the biggest cheesecake fan in the world its definately on my hit list for when we go next march as is the cold stone creamery. (better make sure that I do stick to this diet to make room for all the cheesecake and icecrfeam!!LOL)
Going to Costco wholesalers today to stock up on salad veg and fruit to keep me going for another couple of weeks.
Have a good week everyone, be good and thanks for all the support, I couldn't do it without you lot.[clap][clap]
Julie B
Well done Julie B great achievement[clap][clap][clap] How on earth do you make fruit and salad veg last a couple of weeks?? I shop virtually everyday to get fresh fruits etc
