If you could have seen him, it took him hours to get them just as he wanted, he has a bit of an artistic flair that I admit I don't have. Still he made a good job of it, bless.[msnwink][msnsmile2]
You have a little gem there, Sarah, keep hold of him, he could come in useful again.
It took 3 of us several days to do ours, and at times I felt like throwing them out of the window! It was so hard getting them even.[msncry]
But we are pleased we went to the effort of doing them. :)
For one of the bedrooms we decided to get this beaded valance thingy. It took my Mum hours to get them unravelled and on the windows. They do look great though.
i will always look at the curtains etc with wonder..........what stories they might tell !!![laugh][laugh][laugh]

I can just about make it out in one of the pictures Paula.:)
All of the houses are absolutely lovely and the pages have been thoughtfully put together, ie the words by the owners, but one little irritating thing if the owner's would note and I hope no one is offended by this but the word PRESTIGIOUS pops up all the time on this forum in the posts and on the pages too. I'm sorry if I'm wrong but surely all these resorts cannot be prestigious? I think it's a word that they have picked up during the builder's marketing of their house when they bought it. It gets a little confusing when you're looking through adverts and you see these kind of words like PRESTIGIOUS or such like on so many pages. I know the area quite well and a lot of them if not most, aren't prestigious, they're just on the newest community of that moment, and obviously as time goes on they get better.
Arby I can see where you are coming from but I for one use the word prestigious for our community as I genuinely believe it is. Lots of the new communities have houses starting above $500k and they are indeed marketed as prestegios by all concerned. There are also established communities that I would say are also prestegious. I believe rates are a good guide and the potential guest can make their own mind up......
