Yesterday was another unprepared day.
Porridge for Breakfast
Ham Sandwich for dinner
and as I ate out with the girls last night I had jacket potato with reduced calorie coleslaw and salad for tea.
Will have to start preparing more as I seem to go off track when the girls are off school, though still resisting naughties unless I can syn them up.
Class tonight so will post any LOSS later[msnwink] (I hope)

Caitlin opened an egg last night which is filled with little praline eggs, I'm doing all I can at the moment to not be tempted but they really do look good[msnembarrased] even though they are wrapped in a foil paper.
Class tonight at 6.00pm, I don't get home until 7.30 by which time I'm starving so I always make sure my tea is ready to heat up as soon as I get in. I normally eat at 4.30 with the girls when they get home from school and although I know it won't kill me having tea before I go and get weighed, that one meal could make a crucial difference to the scales.

I'm having a good day today and yesterday wasn't bad either!!
Brekkie - porridge

Black coffees.
Not sure what to have for dinne but fancy SW chips!!
Have a good day everyone![msnsmile]

Good luck at your weigh-in tonight Paula - I hope it goes well for you [msnsmile]
Frances, lovely to see that today is better - keep it up [clap]
I went and bought electronic scales today, not a wise move as they are probably too accurate[msnsad] They record I have put on a 1b since my weight in last Thursday. I am just hoping that the scales at the class tomorrow don't confirm this.
I also found the Ricotta and Spinach sausages today - I had been looking in the chilled section and not the freezer compartments. I have stocked up with 6 so these will be on my menu very often from now on.
So far today, just oats so simple, 1 multigrain ryvita with marmite and baked potato with baked beans. I am probably going to try the spinach and ricotta sausages this evening

if you know how Brenda you could make SW pot wedges to go with those sausages, they are also good cooked and then chopped up and thrown into pasta bake or a omlette with some cheese melted on top [msntongue]

Sitting here with the most delicious chocolate praline egg in my mouth 2lbs lighter.[msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2] To say I'm thrilled is an understatement.
Also got my first stone award and total loss to date 15.5lbs.
Brenda also picked up your directory and will get it in the post tomorrow.[easter1]

Hi
I've only joined the site today and was delighted with all the fabulous info I've gotten already regarding our holiday to Florida.
But imagine my surprise when I realised I will have somewhere new to talk about my (ongoing) battle to be healthier and lighter!!
Yeah[grin]
Congrats on your weight loss this week Paula-a big achievement given the obscene amount of chocolate about. I lost a pound this week-couldn't actually believe it. (I find Easter harder than Christmas)
