Hi Everyone
Just did my start weight. 10stone 7lbs with clothes on so give 5lbs for jeans and jumper?
I want to be able to fit in my short I wore last year in Florida. so I probabley need to lose a stone. I am going over in May, don't think I be ready by then so I will set my targets on July, when I will be there for the summer break with the kids.
I am having a golf lesson today, and will do 40 mins on the bike this evening. When my youngest has a tutor round.

Not lost anything this week, but did manage to stay the same, not to bad considering I was taken out by the children this weekend to an American Diner and had a burger & fries etc.

Ceri I have to agree with Liesa, the best way to get a true weight is first thing in the morning (after weeing) naked same day each week[msnwink]

Forget the allowance for clothing. I was hoping to get away with only a stone. Well maybe I should make it 1½ stone then.
Just had cereal for breakfast. never usually have anything to eat in the morning. I cant ect first thing in the morning. So I will walk the kids to school and then have cereal.
I find it difficult to swallow sandwiches, without drinking plenty, I seem to get chocked up in the throat. Is it ok to have toast it seems to be easier that way.
I am not bad a eating a healthy dinner, just time wise, I always end up eating late. being a taxi service for the kids after school doesn't help.
One small step at a time.
