well it's been a hectic day for me and the problem has been finding the time to eat[msneek]
i've had cinnamon toast for brekkie (thanks Janny)
qourn curry and SW chips for lunch
yoghurt and pear
now i'm off to do yet more ironing and then tea/very late supper is going to be roasted stuffed peppers
i'm away first thing sat morning until sat 12th and there is no internet access where i'm going[msncry] so i'll be missing you lots
i will try to be good for at least 90% of the time, i promise[msnwink][msnsmile2]

Just waiting for my dinner now, Hannah is making it, veggie chilli, rice and SW wedges. Peter has taken Jessica to the golf club and then taking her out for tea, Rachel is at work and Hannah is off to babysit for one of the neighbours so will have some me time later[clap]

Well I lost 2lbs this week which I am very pleased with considering the over indulgence last week.
