Brenda - take a look at the SW site if you enter your food diaries there it helps also it lists all HEA's & B's.
We won the raffle this week and it was ingrediants for ratatouille pasta melt. Made it last night delicious[msntongue].

Oh dear, I am not doing very well[msnembarrased] Thank you so much for correcting my food diary Julie - I gave my previous diaries in at SW and there was no comment at all, which is why I don't think the group is very good. I appear to be getting more advice from this forum than the group I attend. I hadn't realised that you had to eat the precise quantity for HEAs and HEBs, I thought you could reduce one and make up with another food - yet another lesson for me. I think I need to do what you suggest Julie and prepare all the HEAs and HEBs each day then just add in the free food as I go along.
I think I will have to try and put a prepacked lunch box together so that I do eat midday. I don't miss lunch but do find that I am that much hungrier in the evening and it does take a lot of willpower not to snack.
Pamela, thanks for the tip about entering your food diaries, I hadn't realised you could do this.
Not sure if I should list my food diary as it is going to incorrect again,[msnsad] but here goes - all comments welcome, as this is the only way I am going to learn[msnscared]
Oats so Simple sachet with 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk, multigrain Ryvita with jam
[msneek] missed lunch again[msnembarrased] but did nibble at a bunch of grapes
Evening - salad, mixed leaf, tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber, with kraft light French dressing and two halves of a tinned kipper
Fruit salad with half a vanilla flavour muller light
Drinks just green tea and black coffee so far.
I have not put in the HEAs, HEBs or Syns as I will check them out on the SW website. I am presuming this check is on the members section and if so, please could someone help with the password as I didn't write it down and have forgotten it.

Thanks Julie, the encouragement and support is really helping[msnsmile]

[clap][clap] Marie, Frances & Paula on maintaining [clap][clap]
[clap][clap] Pamela & Brenda on your losses [clap][clap]
I lost 1 lb when I weighed in but have had a terrible few days with my choices since then - I am really annoyed with myself as it took me long enough to lose it in the first place [msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
MUST TRY HARDER - and start posting my diaries too
Hope everyone is alright, I know I have been missing for a few days but it does seem unusually quiet on here lately !
