i've had a good green day
usual brekkie of toast and ginger jam (healthy b's and 3 syns)
lunch was simply organic 3 bean chilli [msntongue]
tea was quorn curry and rice 5 syns and baked spud
snacks have been all fruit ones

I have missed posting diary last couple of days but am still working to green plan. Varied usual evening salad to baked potato and baked beans yesterday which was very filling - not sure I would want do have it again in the evening.
Diary Monday:
Jordans muesli 28g with 150ml semi skimmed milk; Grapes and yoghurt)
Mixed leaf salad with, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, baked beans and 65gm tuna
2 chocolate Brazils
Capuccino
Syns 9; HEAs 2; HEBs 2
Diary yesterday:
Oats so simple with 150ml semi skimmed milk
Mango, melon and pineapple chunks with half a muller light
Baked potato, baked beans, 10gm grated cheese, 30g flaked tuna
1 chocolate Brazil, Horlicks light
Syns 12; HEAs 2; HEBs 3
This is the first time I have calculated the food into the various categories, and just hope I have it right.

Feeling very sluggish the last few days and I don't know why! I really haven't been doing anything untoward, just don't feel right.

At least I didn't gain, as I said earlier I don't feel I haven't stuck the the plan I just feel sluggish and bloated........can't even blame "that time"

Food diary today - Back to salads as I enjoy them the most.
Oats so Simple plus 150ml skimmed milk
Mixed leaf with all the free trimmings plus 80gm tuna and dsp of finest coleslaw.
3 multigrain biscuits and 10gm Edam cheese

Should be my weigh-in tomorrow but I haven't found another group so may go it alone next week and continue to look for an alternative.

Brenda I would go to group tomorrow even if it's only to get weighed. I'm not saying your the same but if I miss one class I don't go again, or like this time I've had a 2 year break[msneek]
