Hi all
[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] Sandra - thinking of you and hoping you get nothing but good news [grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]
[clap][clap][clap] Well done Paula & Pamela - great losses [clap][clap][clap]
Julie I also stayed the same this week - thats 3 weeks now at the same weight (I think I need to try a bit harder to get some lb's off) [msnembarrased] - going to go all out and see if I can have a loss next week
I have been eating a lot (probably too many) kiwi berries [msntongue]. I had never seen them before but found some in a local supermarket. They are only the size of grapes and taste slightly sweeter and less acidic than a kiwi fruit. Also because they have a smooth skin they can be eaten straight from the pack - so no peeling and scooping [msnsmile2]
It has warmed up quickly here over the last week - 30+c today so I should be able to get back into my swimming very soon which I am hoping will help with my efforts to lose some weight for Florida.
Marie [grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] hope you are feeling better. Catch up with you later online when I get Taylor home from her party [msnwink]
Elaine
Marie hope you are feeling better soon and you don't have to go in for the week long tests[grouphug]
Julie keep going, are you attending a class now that you have left your group? Maybe that would help?
Just back from football and George bought a cornish pasty to share during the game but I resisted[angel] Would Bovril drink be free does anybody know?
Sandra hope you are ok[grouphug]
Enjoy the rest of the weekend ladies
Bovril is free[msnwink]
Julie and Elaine, I hope you have a better week next week and show a loss:)
Hope you are feeling better today Maria.[grouphug]
Thinking of you Sandra, keep your spirits up and stay positive[grouphug]

So far my meals have been very much according to SW's green plan, with odd deviation. I am finding it easy to manage on the free foods with one or two HEs and an occasional syn.

Lunch - sliced mango with tablespoon of greek yoghurt with honey
Evening - Large mixed leaf salad as Saturday. 2 multigrain biscuits with thin slice of cheddar cheese. 1 chocolate brazil
