Morning everyone - I've not been around at all since Friday morning so there was a lot to catch up on!!
I've had a busy weekend, had Friday afternoon off work for my central heating to be serviced and someone to measure for blinds. Then dashed off to the hairdressers to be restored to my natural colour [msnwink] - and the price has gone up again [msnsad]
Saturday I went to look at more blinds and then waited in for someone to come and take a bit of my bedroom door so that after 3 months I can finally close it!!!! And yesterday was spent catching up on all my washing, ironing and more box unpacking - yes I still have lots of them to unpack.....
Will post my food diary seperately
Julie - hope you're feeling better - I would be interested in your SW mags so I'll dm you
Paula, hope your daughter is getting better every day now [grouphug]
good luck with SW, judging by everyone on here I'm sure it will be a great success for you!
Mizzy - glad you got some shopping done despite your dh [msnwink]
No snow here yet and I don't want any [msneek] I hate driving in it and the havoc it casues on the roads [msnscared]

Well good start to another day (Green)
2 Weetabix (HE b)
topped with sliced banana and mullerlite.
Planning vegetable (mushroom, onion, tomato) omlette for lunch
and
Quorn sausages, SW chips and beans for dinner.
Melon, grapes and Strawberries for picking.
Probably a HiFi bar for my other HE b and my milk for tea and coffee is my HE a
................maybe a small glass of wine later too, for some syns:D
Well i feel greedy after typing that lot![msnoo]

sounds like a great food diary Tracey, you seem to have got into the swing of things very quickly[clap]
as an alternative some days to your veggie omelette you could try a pasta bake, using the beaten eggs, mix with some cottage cheese or vlf fromage frais, veggies and some part cooked pasta, bake in the oven for about 20 mins and it's lovely and filling, you can also cut it into squares and eat it cold to snack on later, works well using batchelors pasta and sauce too
and you've got my all time favourire tea there SW chips, quorn sausages and beans[msntongue] another alternative is to use heinz sweet chilli beans and some sweet potato cut into chips too, now i'm hungry after all the typing too[msnwink]

Well here goes with my food for Friday and the weekend
Friday
breakfast - seriously oaty
lunch - usual pitta with chilli chicken, peppers & pine nuts
dinner/supper spicy chicken pizza and pasta naughty I know but I sat for 4 hours with bowls of nuts, crisps and naughty nibbles all around me and didnt touch them as I knew I was going to eat the pizza. And I limited myself to two glasses of wine and soda
extras no fruit today, but lots of water
Saturday
breakfast 2 oatibix
lunch beans on toast
dinner dry fried egg, few fat oven chips and more beans
extras, apple, grapes, lots of water and another 3 glasses of wine and soda
Sunday
breakfast seriously oaty
lunch mince with carrots and onions and a small amount of mashed potato
teatime and this is your fault Mizzy, M&S rhubarb cheesecake that you recommended [msntongue] [msntongue]
extras not enough really, I know I was lacking in fruit/yoghut today
Not too bad (I hope??) I know its not perfect but I do find the weekends difficult and they are slowly improving from lots of takeaways and beer which was my regular weekend diet and I did resist the nibbles on Friday
..
Also I must tell you I have a house full of Christmas sweets, biscuits and other goodies all untouched question is what am I going to do with them if I can't eat them??? [msnwink]

I had a long chat with my SW manager today and it seems to be common with people getting close to target that they may need to reduce portion sizes to just fulfill your hunger, I have to admit I have always had what I consider to be fairly big portions since I joined sw so maybe thats why I am struggling with the last few pounds[msnsad]

back from class and i'm gutted, only 0.5lb off, i feel like all the hard work i've put in has been wasted[msncry][msncry][msncry] now i know i feel rotten now and i know it will show as a bigger loss next week but it still doesn't take away the disapointment[msnsad]
i need some kind words[msncry]

Just keep it going honey you will get there via the scenic route[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

i know exactly how you feel mizzy its happened to me before but its awful feeling you havent got you rewards for the effort you put in, but sit down and think about it and its weight off and not on so you are heading in the right direction, do you have mostly green or red, or a mixture, i usually find that red is better for a bigger weight loss
we were right julie, i got the reasons wrong but the right man, just got waking the dead to watch now as i love that as well the good programmes are always on at the same time
bed time for me now pat

As I thought 0.5lbs on[msncry][msncry][msncry] I have to be so good for it to come off[msncry][msncry][msncry]
