Very busy day today, but stuck to green as I find them easier at the moment..
fruits with yog 1 syn
vegatable rice 2 syns
muller apple pie 1 syn
skinny late x 2 = 2 x HC a's
2 slices of wholemeal = 2 HC Bb's
jacket pot with cottage cheese and pineapple 2 syns
more fruit and yog 1 syn
lots of water[angel]
total syns so far today 6[angel]

Hi all, well this is my first day on the BHFD and as Mizzy said, it's not easy.
BREAKFAST
Black tea/coffee
1 grapefruit
1 slice of toast dry
2 tspn peanut butter
LUNCH
Black tea/coffee
4oz Tuna
1 slice of toast
DINNER
1 slice of cold meat
1 cup of string beans
4oz Beetroot
4oz Vanilla ice cream
1 small apple
5 X 8oz glasses of water each day.
Well done Mizzy, you must be really pleased and Paula, only 1lB, I normally put on at least 5lB when I return from holiday. Well done.
Well thats all for now. Will catch with you all tomorrow.

Crumbs Janice that's not much food there, well you will need to drink lots of water to keep the hunger pangs at bay.
I've just noticed the peanut butter - that is sooooo fattening and personally I could not eat that just on toast - I like it in a satay sauce!! Used to eat it US style as a peanut butter & jelly sandwich when I was younger (& much, much slimmer too, wonder if that tells me something!).
