Jill I think it is unlikely they will allow her to fly in February - March is more likely, but we cannot book anything until we have the go-ahead, and that won't be for 6 = 8 weeks, so I can a last-minute expensive flight at this rate! And we have had to ignore all these good offers on flights[msncry]!!

I can't believe its 10.30am and I'm the first to post today! Where is everyone??[msnoo]
Great news for me and DH with weigh in this morning. Am impressive 8lb of for DH and 5lb off for me. Don't be too impressed with me though, over xmas in the end I did put on 6lb so I still have 1lb to get off before I'm at my pre xmas weight! DH is happy though, its a good motivator for him. He's done really well this week, no cheating and hes walked each evening (something he's never done before, not ever - not for exercise I mean[msnwink]). Long may it continue!
Paula - I hope that your daughter is well on the way to recovery by now and fiona, hope your daughter is getting over her treatment well. Julie I hope your migrane is going away by now I know they can hang around a bit!
Mizzy, hope the stress levels in your house have gone down a bit today!
To everyone else, well done, keep going, summer will be here before you know it and by then its too late to do anything about it which is why we need to be good now!
Julie B
well done Julie B and to Terry? too, hope i got you hubbies name right (my memory is like a sieve with these bloomin epilepsy drugs) that's a great result for both of you[clap][clap][clap]not long til that holiday now and there's nothing like a looming holiday to keep us motivated[msnwink]
the stress levels have gone down here thanks Julie, we've walked the little legs of them down at the beach and i did the 200 steep steps that take us onto the beach both up and down twice[sporty][sporty]
we've had traditional sunday lunch adapted to a red day for me, still had potatoes but kept the jackets on and roasted them that way
off now to see my mum and dad, just hoping she's not been home baking this morning!

Mizzy
Hello all, Happy Sunday!
Well done Julie b and hubby[clap][clap][clap][clap]
Having a roast turkey dinner so still going to go green as I like lots of roast pots and less meat, been for a nice walk and a coffee - Starbucks skinny latte of course[msnwink] It has come over very dark now although not quite cold enough for snow but I can see the tops on the Pennines and they have snow on them so we may get some later in the week[msnsmile2]
I must admit to having some choccie cravings today and have already had 2 cadburys heros so will need to keep a check on myself later when watching Trial and Retribution[msneek]
Catch up later with food diary[msnwink]
Evening all, catch up day here, washing, tidy up and weekly shop etc. Green day for me, jacket pot & beans for lunch, roast pork for supper, more veggies than meat!
