well Julie this is really weird because i had a blip exactly like yours too last night
once a month we have a family movie night, all of us pj's on and slobbing out in front of the tv with lots of treats enjoying [msneek] a movie together
and up to a part i was being sooooo good, then Jo kicked off big time and i was left holding her microwave popcorn whilst dh sorted it out
and i'm sure you can guess what happened, in went one piece, then another, and then another until i'd eaten about half a bowl[msnembarrased][msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
and if that wasn't enough i followed this by two pieces of brazil nut toffee[msnembarrased]
i'm hoping my saved syns will rescue me, i had 37 syns saved so fingers crossed it'll be covered!
well i need really good day now with as few syns as possible, weigh in on monday[msnscared]

I all, after your amazing total weight loss, I thought perhaps I good join in, as I could really do with the support.
My husband Colin is starting the British Heart Foundation Diet tomorrow with colleagues at work, so I thought it would be a good idea to join him as I could do with losing a couple of stone at least. This diet guarantee's you a loss 101b in 3 days, but we will have to wait and see.
I look forward to joining in tomorrow.
Have a good day.[msnsmile2]

Hi Janice
you are more than welcome, is this BHF diet the one they use on heart patients in hospital?
i have seen it and can safely say your in for a rough ride, have you got any plans for the longer term to lose the full 2 stone or is it just a head start your wanting?

Welcome Janice, you will get lots of support in here[msnsmile2]

Hi Mizzy, I am assuming, this is the one that is used in the hospitals, but not quite sure. The diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. They say the diet is to be used for three days at a time and in the three days you will lose 10lbs. After three days of dieting you can eat normally, but must not overdo it. Colin tried this diet last year and lost one and a half stones over a period of time. I am pleased to say Colin dosn't have any problems with his heart and this diet was recommended by a friend. I am not sure what my long term plans are at the moment, but thought I would give this a try.

Well I'm home after a lovely week down in Weymouth. Met some lovely people but I do have to say that internation sailors are an incredibly rude and arrogant bunch of people. We went to the prize giving last night and stood behind some guys who talked all the way through despite being asked to be quiet. I did a lot of walking while I was there as everytime we wanted anything in the building it was a 400 yard walk and as I went up there at least 8 or 10 times a day I was walking up to 5 miles a day. I also went swimming so despite the fact that I drank far too much alcohol I ate fairly healthily I hope the scales are kind to me this week.
The worst thing is I broke down on the M27 on the way home and had to come home on a breakdown truck. It was rather scary as there was no where to go when I got out of the car except behind the crash barrier so Tansy and I had to sit there and I had to dash into the car when the phone went as that was the only place I could hear it. Not to be recommended to anyone.
There has been so much written in the week I have been away that it is difficult to remember it all but hard luck to those who did not manage to lose[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] I'm sure things will be better this week, I know it's Mizzy's weigh-in tomorrow so good luck.
Sally, if you are not working everyday this week give me a ring and perhaps you could bring the girls down to Hayling for a swim. If not I'll see you on Thursday.
Jill
