Well my SW books are coming out for a dust down today and I'm hoping to plan next weeks menu.
Ladies I am back and wish to loose 1 stone by Easter.
I need loads of encouragement which I know I will get right here.

it goes without saying Paula that we will all do our best to support and encourage you on here, good to have you back on board and sounding positive [clap][clap][clap]
Tracey, how have you found the first few days, are you enjoying it and do you find yourself eating enough? if you are doing things right then you should never be hungry[msnsmile]
Pat, call it a flexible day, be positive and move on from yesterday we all have the odd off day and you now need to carry on as per normal, one bad does does not mean a bad week
i've got a big countryside walk planned when dh gets home from his work (he walks approx 6 miles every day at work) and then, bless him he comes home and does another three with me, he's a wonderfull supportive husband so i shouldn't really complain about his shopping phobia
Mizzy
I am feeling positive Mizzy. I was hoping to get back on track right after Christmas but I didn't. Eve has been so ill since New Year and I have been worried sick waiting for blood test results, she did have the all clear on the blood tests on Thursday but she has post viral fatigue and a kidney infection, after only two days on antibiotics she has greatly improved and I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
I find I like SW more than any other eating plan I've been on (and there have been loads) as there are no limits.
I will probably trawl through the pages on here too to help with my menu planning.
Morning all, just back from a long blustery walk with the hounds, and eating my lunch in front of the computer! Green day for me too, so large rice salad with peas, tomatoes, cucumber and pear with a few walnuts -delicious! Thinking about creamy mushroom risotto for supper although DH moans his head off when I use low fat creme fraiche instead of low fat cream (an oyxmoron if ever I heard it!), so we shall see. Have a good day all.

Thanks for all your good wishes, I keep trying to read all the posts and keep missing bits, hope to be a bit better later, so sorry if I have missed anybody or anything important[grouphug]
I am enjoying it so far as it's the first diet I've been on where I don't feel humgry or deprived.:D
Sorry I haven't been on lately but been busy getting ready for our holiday. There has been so much to do as we are away for 5 weeks. Stayed the same this week, I was a littele disappointed with this as I had hope to loose a little more before leaving. I am intending to try and be fairly good while we are away, sensible eating while at the house and good choices when we go out. The telling time will be if we go on a Bahamas cruise.
Julie, my intention is to loose 7 lbs by Easter and have lost 1.5lbs so far.
Welcome to the newcomers and well done to all that have lost[clap][clap].
Fiona, are you going to get away next month? I do hope Cat is OK and recovering well after finishing her treatment.
I must tell you we had a new person who registered at class last week and this week had lost 9.5lbs. He was so pleased with himself and said that he had found the perfect diet. He had never realised so much could be eaten on a diet and that you lost weight.
