I have done more training this week and I feel like its doing me good, I have got into a nice routine with food and really feel that this is year I will finally get my pre baby fiqure back, well as near as possible[msnscared] Its about time as she is 3!!!
I can tell the training is doing me good because I HAVE to do it if you know what I mean, if I miss a day its so much harder the following day that its just easier to do it every day, Im doing extra 3 days a week plus free weights 3 times a week and I have decided that next year I WILL do a small competition run[msnscared] Its in May next year and is a 10km run[msneek]
Also the healthy eating is better than ever, not doing WW or Slimming World or any others just healthy fresh foods avoiding additives, not more that 1500 cals a day, broken down into 40% carbs 30% protien 30% good fats and I don't feel like its a 'diet' I just feel like its how it has to be from now on for the whole family!
I hope we all have a good result at our weigh ins next week!!!!

Well done Sharon[clap][clap][clap].
I think we all should give ourselves a pat on the pack for doing so well. All this healthy eating has got to be good for us. I have changed all my family eating habits and we are so much more aware of what we are eating now.
I plan meals in advance so I don't just open the freezer at the last moment and grab a pizza or the like. We are eating more veg and fruit, well still can't get my 10 year old to eat veg apart from carrots.[msnsad]

Well I've blown it tonight, BIG STYLE.....
Cheese n onion garlic bread, potato skins and garlic dip, chicken in cream, garlic and white wine sauce and countless glasses of wine[:P][sick][sick][beer]
Will have to work extra extra hard next week....

....Julie, I really "pigged out" last Monday night for Valentines night!! I broke my rule of no food after 7pm also!!
We had a slap up 5 course meal[msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
....only the next day I drank buckets of water and had a maximum of 1000 calories.
Remember your allowed to enjoy yourself as well and have your treats!![msnwink][msnwink]
