Morning girls hope you all had good weekends and to those of you with family problems -I am thinking of you [grouphug]
Had my oats with fruit for breakfast and been on the treadmill and am getting ready to walk to town .I have 2 weeks before I leave for Florida and am hoping I can continue to be good over there -it was my 2 weeks there in July/August this year that actually kicked started my desire to lose weight so I amn not going to go over board during my 8 days there.
Continuing to have mainly green days and they do seem to work better for me or so my scales tell me .
Morning all, had a busy weekend and had to cancel some planned activities.
Green day for me today too, porridge so far, omelette and salad for lunch and possibility we might have to go out for supper so will have to suck it and see. Busy day at work so will look in again later. Good luck anyone being weighed today.
Green day for me too, I rarely have red (original) days now, just had a lovely early lunch as my tummy had settled down a bit.......tomato cous cous with roasted butternut squash, peas, mushrooms and new pots. Planning on an omelette tonight[msnwink]
Good luck with weigh in tonight Mizzy[clap][clap]
Does anyone else weigh in today??
Morning everyone,
I think we're all having green today!
Porridge for brekkie,
Cous Cous with baby tomatoes and chopped pepper for me followed by an apple and a sultana.
I am also planning an omlette for tea! I must be reading your mind Julie!
Good luck for anyone weighing in today!
Julie B
PS Could someone tell me this weeks password please, I'm sure I've read it on here but I'm blowed if I can find it.
By the way, did you get a new oven Julie?

Hi everyone, I have just dug out my old slimming world paperwork as we are off to Orlando in March, we are taking our friends with us, the problem being my friend is a size 8! I only want to loose 7lbs, so hopefully I should do it before Christmas, most of the diet is coming back to me, but I can vaguely remember that Muller yoghurts are free to eat?? Is this correct? I cant find any mention in my paperwork. Thank you

Vanessa, welcome!
Muller light yogs are free but not the apple pie and lemon cheescake, the apple is 1 syn I think and the lemon is 0.5 syns.
