Evening all and well done Mizzy [msnsmile2][clap], way to go.
Red day for me today, and I remained firm in the face of chocs, so fingers crossed for tomorrow evening.
I am pleased, delighted, thankful to say my daughter had her last session of radiotherapy today. Her consultant is so pleased with her reaction to it, that if it contines in same vein, we will go from weekly check up (next week) to forthnightly and then 4 - 6 week. OMG, we have been living in one hospital or another since the summer. I just feel exhausted rather than the elated I expected to feel. However, we have the 2 boyfriends round tonight and they are sitting up watching a DVD with takeaway pizza to celebrate.

Hi Everyone
that's great news about your daughter Fiona and i'm sure once the exhaustion fades a little you'll be walking on sunshine for a good long time afterwards, good luck with todays weigh in[grouphug]
Ahhh Julie, don't be disappointed with 1/2lb you are very close to target and as you say it's that dreaded totm [msnsad] your body will be slowing down with the weight loss now so how about measuring yourself to see how far you've come, celebrate your success mrs and don't dwell on a number[grouphug] and remember "every little step is a step in the right direction" [clap][clap][clap]
Jaff, is Fiona your partner/wife and would it be possible for her to support you with your weight loss journey or is she allready doing so?, personally i've found that if your family know how committed and how important it is too you then they can be very supportive[msnsmile]
i'm off out walking to my mums again this morning to see my much loved great nephew, he's a cheeky chap and because he lives in another town i rarely get to see him
will check in later today, have a good one everybody
