Just catching up with all the posts - there have been a lot in the last day or so!
Liesa - what a fantastic weight loss!
I haven't had a good couple of days though.............. Got home from work last night and the central heating boiler has konked out. Now have now heating and as it is a combi-boiler also no hot water! Engineer can't come until Thursday afternoon and it is freezing here. Had to face a cold shower at 6.00am this morning (the bedroom was freezing when I got up as well) and at present I am sat with the laptop on the floor in front of the fire in the living room trying to get warm.
Upshot is ended up eating sandwiches for lunch at work and a chocolate flake this evening as just very fed up!
Hoping that tomorrow night when I get home heating will be fixed and I will be a bit happier and motivated again.

Hi everyone.
Well done losers!(Especially Liesa!)
"Keep it going" everyone else (as per Harvey from Fit Club)
Sharon-I know exactly where you're coming from. I struggle constantly to maintain my weight and I put it on so easily it's untrue! I usually eat very healthily and exercise the vast majority of the time, but I only have to let myself go for a few days and on go the pounds.[msnsad]
On a normal 2 week holiday, I will put on at least half a stone. Over the Christmas period I put on over 9lbs and all my clothes were tight!
I have lost about 5lbs (maybe more now-but I haven't been weighed for a few days). I find it quite depressing as I know that I will always have to watch what I eat.
Anyway, enough moaning
[msnsmile]
I've actually had another good day and am trying to roughly follow SW, although I don't feel I've quite got to grips with it yet as I need to devote some time "reading up on it". I've also managed to fit in 2 exercise sessions-one very early morning and the other whilst my children were doing homework.

Took your advice Sharon - had a drink and now feeling 'chilled' in the nicer sense of the word!
Sally - 1lb a week is a good way to go. I've set myself a target of 1lb a week on the basis I think I will be able to stick to my diet for longer if it is more a sensible eating plan.
Off to bed now to try and get warm - talk to everybody tomorrow.

Been a naughty girl, had a chocolate mini roll and a slice of Birthday cake, both very scrummy.[msnembarrased]
Had a wonderful day, my home was just getting straight after Christmas now I have to find homes for all Eve's new toys. Eve had a lovely day though and that's what is important isn't it.
I am shattered and can't wait to get to bed, my electric blanket is on full as I type.
I still can't resize my picture to put on the forums to show you. Eve and I thought it was wonderful, then my neice who is 3 asked why that Ariel was fat, I told her she was expecting Melody.:D
