Wow Leisa 6lbs well done you.[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]
Sally well done to you too[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]
I finished Eves birthday cake this morning and it's looking good. I have tried to post it but some reason I can't resize it........any advice?
Hiya Paula.
Don't post the cake.
Use a reputable courier like Parcelforce or UPS, otherwise the postman will try and force it though the letterbox, leaving it in less than perfect condition.[msnwink]
Paul.
Well done Sally, slowly but surely and you will keep it off.
Mizzy I am exactly the same as you, rather more of me than I would like (and some) and believe me I would so slim if I was a 14 again, and the thought of getting back to a 10/12 is almost beyond me! I went home from boarding school one Christmas holiday weighing 8st 4lb (5' 8" height) and my mother nearly had 50 fits - usual weight was 8.12 or 9stone. She spent the entire time getting me to eat and I was never as thin again except when I had an operation on my mouth and couldn't eat properly for about a month. Only 2 times I have been a size 8 in my life! My sister is 5'2 and a size 6/8 but is either bulimic or the other one all the time, so you can't win can you?

Julie, I tried some Kashi this morning - wasn't really keen on it but will persevere with it. Perhaps I'll mix some in with my fav cereal Special K [msntongue]

Sally, thanks for your kind comments. I too DO have to watch what I eat because I do put the weight back on quickly!!
All my clothes after Christmas were tight and I won't buy any over a size 14!
I bought my wedding dress over 12 months ago now ..hence the size 12 dress fitting!![msnscared] so need to get there! Thing is I lose some and then go put it straight back on again!![msncry]....
.....I LOVE my food too much[msncry] but with the SW programme, you do feel like its a healthy eating programme and NOT a diet!
So I thank you ladies for your help and assistance.
