Hello Norma and welcome to the group.
Haven't posted much in the last couple of weeks but have checked in to read how everybody is doing every day and it is really helping me to stick to it.
Got on the scales for my fortnightly weigh-in yesterday and had lost another 2lbs. Now got another 2 weeks before we are off to Florida and I'm hoping to loose another couple of pounds which will take me to 6lbs so far!
Well Done Tracey [clap]
Keep up the good work and havea fab time in Florida
Oh and Hello Norma and welcome.
Right I have had a look at my calendar and I have 12 weeks untill my brother gets married. So at 2 pounds a week that should be 24 pounds down on what I am now. Hmmmmmmm That would see me in a very nice summer dress for the wedding. What do you think chaps - can it be done. Really need to get motivated again as my Florida trip has left me feeling way too relaxed.
I am going to try really hard and try to lose as much as I can before we go out again in March. Just a little more wriggle space on the plane will be nice. I am thinling more posative reading everyones comments and hope I do not let you all down.
Norma.

Hi All,
Well today has not been a good day,Allan went to his mums ,she is 92 to find her not with it at all so the out come is she is now coming to live with us,I must admit we are not looking forward to it as we looked after my mum for three years before she died 14months ago she had dementia(spelling),so i don't think i will have much time to keep in touch, but i will try as i have enjoyed meeting everyone.
Take care
Sheena.
Oh Sheena, so sorry to hear about Allan`s mum. Hope you are able to log on now and again as you will certainly need a little bit of time to your self.I must admit I could not do it.
Norma.
Forgot to report in this morning with week 2 results of my diet. I've lost 3 pounds this week. Yippee!
I've had a really good week and have found a huge recipe book with loads of fat free or low fat recipes in, and they are delicious so I'm not just eating the boring bland stuff I have on previous diets. I've also bought a "George Foreman Fat reducing grill" and it really is great. I can't believe I'm so positive - I'm so weak willed that I'm usually suicidal after a fortnight of dieting but this time I'm really into it.
I know I don't post much on this thread (usually a bit shy!) but I read it every day and your positivity is really helping. So [clap][clap][clap][clap] to all you regulars and a big thank you to you all. [msnsmile2]
