I don't kid myself that it is because I've been that good but think it's a combination of the Christmas excess coming off and being poorly - but I'm still delighted. This will hopefully give me the kick start I need [msnwink]
But I'm off to my friends tonight for pizza and pasta but will have very small portions and take some WW wine.....
I will then have to be good for the rest of the weekend [msneek]

Mizzy ...thanks very much for your advice, it really has helped.
Decided on a "red" day today so had porridge topped with a banana.
Julie....how did you sleep last night with your sciatica?? Did the pillow work or did it end up on the floor?
Going out for lunch today with a freind but I am armed with my SW menu and have already decided to go for a tuna salad wherever we end up!![msnwink][msnwink]

Mizzy Thank you!!! I noticed porridge on the menu plan on both red and green day so thought it would be OK[msnwink]
Sharon - I slept OK but it is playing up again today, now got lower back pain too.[msneek] I think its a good job I am leaving my receptionist job as I have to sit at a desk for hours and apparently sitting for long periods is one of the major causes of sciatica[msnsad]
I had porridge too and not eaten the banana yet but will soon, I will have either tuna or chicken salad for lunch too[msnwink]
Liesa - you are not posting much in here?? Is all OK???[grouphug]
Twiglet - didn't get an email so DM me in the next few hours and I will send the mag today if not I will do it on Monday[msnsmile2]
Paula it the WW is working for you then stick with it[msnwink] I have used WW in the past too but I just needed a change[msnwink]

Sorry about misleading you about the porridge, I thought it was a healthy extra but couldn't put it in as that on my diet sheet on the net yesterday, must have been doing something wrong, will have another go today! That will teach me not to read my book thoroughly AGAIN and AGAIN!!

Fiona it's a healthy extra with a one of those scan bran things added in my food optomising book but i think they simplified it for the downloaded 7 day diet as scan bran is only available in class
and for those who dont know what scan bran is it is a really high fibre crisp bread
i am always refering back to my book Fiona as i forget things and have been known to make big mistakes
