I'm with you Liesa, just stick to watching what I eat, won't rule out SW but it's not for me at the moment.
Feeling really good this afternoon, rang a physotheropy (spelling) near here and they were able to see me this afternoon[clap]. I have torn ligaments and tendons in my back after massage, exercises and a machine to bring the swelling down it is so much better. Have been given loats of exercises to do, apparently I have no tummy muscles[msnscared] and amongst others it's pelvic floor exercises, didn't do enough after the children were born.

I don't think so Sharon! The idea is to allow yourself a few extras each day so that you don't feel deprived = I must stuff my face with everything I shouldn't to compensate = fall of the diet wagon etc. etc.
I am sure you can bank some of them for a heavy night out / weekend but you should use some of them during the rest of the week.
I tend to eat less during the week and save most of them for the weekend as that is when I have the most problems trying not to eat - everyone around, wanting full meals all the time, shopping, going out etc.

Hi Girls,
I have downloaded the SW seven day plan as well, looks good,
although i will have to substitue the eggs in things for something else as i have an allergy to eggs.
Hope you feeling better soon Liesa[grouphug],this horrible bug has left me with awful catarah,will be glad when it's gone.

Well my first day doing SW and I have to say I was so full after my lunch that I could not eat all my tea, it was the gammon and mushroons and toms etc, I subsitutued the gammon for chicken and onlu had the grilled toms with it[msneek]
Still not had my fresh pineapple that was my pud, so will have that shortly!
I have definitely eaten more today though than I normally do so it will be really interesting to see if and how much I lose[msnwink]
