missed you
well i have been nodding off since i got up and my throat is feeling a tad sore, have got Lauren home with a headache, she had it in bed last night and i thought she was dreaming when i went into tuck her in, she said her head hurt then, but didnt call me in the night, so when she got up this morning she was in a lot of pain, so gave her medicine and sent her back to bed, shes up now but not 100% so hope shes not going to come down with these nasty bugs that everyone else has?
have a good day everyone, back on track after the little fellas birthday teas!!!
hope everyone else is feeling much better today?
-
It is horrible Liesa, hope she feels better and you don't come down with it[grouphug]
Doctor said yesterday from start to finish it can last 3 weeks, hubby had it for 2 weeks already[msnsad]
-
Well Done Sheena [clap] and Julie Anne it good to have you back with us[msnsmile]
i am having another good day, so far
i am over the moon with the weight loss and i am finding things much easier with my new diet buddy
thats the good news over with and here comes the bad
my little boys guinea pig was put to sleep on sunday and i have not had the heart to tell the kids yet i know that i cant put it off any longer so i'm gonna tell them after tea[msncry]
i am not looking forward to it at all, i had a good blub on sunday night after the kids went to bed and even though i know its a bit silly to cry over an animal i couldn't help myself cos he was such a cheeky little chap[msncry][msncry][msncry]
and if that isn't enough misery, my new and i've got to say expensive leather sofa that is exactly 4 weeks old today is falling apart and the company are being very illusive about collecting it and refunding me my money[msnmad]
i am gonna have peppers stuffed with rice and beans for lunch and i may try to cheer myself up with a nice veg curry for tea
have a good day everyone Mizzy

Mizzy hugs to you all, its horrible losing our pets, i had to have my dear ol dog put to sleep 8 years ago, and after all the love and fun he gave us it broke my heart, mine more then the kids
next point, if you contact the citizens advice bureau re suite, they will tell you exactly where you stand, i went through this 5 years, and after quoting sale of goods act etc etc after advice from CAB they refunded my money!! its unfit for the purpose of what it was brought for!!
wishing you luck stand your ground!!
hugs to you all[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]
Julie (m2) my throat is sore and voice keeps going husky so maybe i will get it, hope not, hope you all feeling better M2?

Liesa, thank you so much for my flowers[grouphug] Sounds like you are getting the bug, but hopefully it might be mild[msnscared] I feel OK one minute then feel awful the next[msnscared]
Mizzy sorry to abour guinea pig[msnsad] we had our cat put to sleep last year and it was not nice at all, little ones were so upset[msnsad]
I have just had a real shock I got on the scales and it said 5 lbs on!!!!! How can that be?? Got to be really strict with myself but its so hard when you are feeling a bit under the weather[msnscared]
Liesa that is good advice re sale of goods act, we quoted that recenty when one of our computers broke just over the 2 year warranty but argued with J Lewis and we won so they have repaired for free and the repairs were almost as much as a new computer!!!
Mizzy what do you think you have done to succeed and lose the weight any tips gratefully recieved[msnwink]
-
Liesa - I found not being able to speak for a few days had some advantages [msnwink] [msnwink]
But the days after that I was just totally wiped out - not nice at all, hope you are not getting that bug [msnsad]
Julie, hope you and hubby and children all feel better soon [grouphug] and don't be worrying about getting on the scales until you feel better. I think while you're not very well you just have to eat whatever it is you fancy, I know I did - back on track now though and hoping for a weight loss on Friday....
Mizzy, sorry about your guinea pig [msncry], hope the children don't get too upset
-
Food diary for today........kashi cereal for breakfast.............cheese on toast for lunch (I know wrong food choice but felt dreadful at the time).............smoothie mid afternoon................carrot and corriander soup for tea and going to have an apple and a pear later[msnwink] 2 litres of water and a skinny latte[clap][clap][clap]

sore throat and sore throat, feel out of sorts, maybe an early night, cant believe i had been nodding off at 8am, so not like me! hope its a germ, dont want to think that i'm getting old!! dont fancy much to eat, must be poorly! weigh in tomorrow, not expecting any miracles, because of the little fellas birthday party and his family tea party! they made me eat it, cake!!!
have a good evening all[msnembarrased]
