7 syns for a HALF!!! of mars bar! OMG! I'll have to watch the other half doesn't fall into my mouth then! Then about 51/2 for a creme egg.
I think you're allowed about 15 syns-it's what I had years ago-but with the oil in the veg-that will put me over.
Today-haven't made good choices either.
Fell like it's all going pear shaped-or perhaps it's me going pear shaped!
Happy birthday Sally.

I am going to have a great weekend, then on Monday I am going to buy new running shoes and start jogging[msnscared]
It's years since I tried it but I am going to do it. Last time the weight dropped off me but I was a bit younger and not peeping at 40 in fact I probably didn'thavemuch to loose. I was never happy with my size but when I look at photos taken 10 years ago I can't believe I wasn't happy.
Have a great weekend everyone

Snap Paula !! looking back at my photos i was extremely thin but i always thought i was huge
and even though my nick name was "stix" i never felt slim and i was convinced i was really fat
i think as you get older you have more confidence and belief in yourself so you know better[msnwink]
OB its 10-15 syns a day and you can print out a 7 day plan on the sw website which may help you get back on track[msnsmile2]
Mizzy
Whats the SW website, and what are syns, is it a program back home in UK?
Well I lost the grand amount of 1 lb! I was really good to, bugger! Still a pound is a pound I guess, thought I would do better first week!
Thank you all very much.
Had a lovely day and meal. Never bothered with the starter as we know they do large portions, had butterfly king prawn salad and it was fantastic. I then blow it and had a very stodgy pudding, bread and banana pudding covered in cream[msntongue]
Well done Twiglet on the 1lb, it's a start[clap][clap]
Well done Twiglet[clap] just look at two packs of lard and you know you will have done well.
Sally glad you had a lovely day I was licking my lips reading your post.

Well done Twiglet, a lb is a lb!!!!!
Slimming World is a slimming club in the UK, like W Watchers etc.
I like to eat wholefoods as much as possible and I don't eat processed diet foods like diet yogurts, drinks etc because I like to avoid additives including artificial sweetners, flavours colours etc, so I tend to use the basics of W Watchers point system that I learnt 16 years ago but by eating mainly fresh foods and healthy fats[msnwink]
It depends what suits you and if you want to eat healthy lifestyle for ever or just to lose weight[msnwink]
Here is the link to world Twiglet, you can have a look and see if you like what you see.

Thanks Julie & Fiona, that's new I think, don't remember SW when I was there, mind you I've been in Oz 10 years now, which is quite scary really! Listening to you guys talking about various products at home makes me quite homesick.
Thanks for the tip about 1lb being two pkts of lard, that's less of a lard arse now I guess! [msntongue]
well done Twiglet on losing a 1lb, great start keep at it!!!
