Sharon - you learn something new everyday[msnwink]
Fiona - fingers crossed for you[clap]
Good day food wise for me..........porridge for breakfast.....skinny latte mid morn...........Greek Salad for lunch...............Chicken Ceasar for tea plus a 'super'smoothie....plus 2 litres of water so far drinking more as we speak[clap][clap][clap]
Well my job finishes 31 March, its a shame as I only went back to work part time in Sept after being at home for 8 years, but when last baby went to nursery I thought it would be great to work school hours and term time only, so my job was great to earn some extra pennies. I am also a partner in my hubby's business and do a lot of work ie VAT tax invoicing etc for the business so I will also do some sales and marketing now too[msnscared]
Anyway it must be meant to be, and there must be a reason so I will just go with the flow and see what happens[msnwink]

Oh well, we reap what we sew ..... 3LBS ON[msnsad]. I was good on hols but have been desperate for food since we came home, I put it down to the jet lag.
Anyway, I put on less in 4 weeks away from SW than many others did for the 2 week Xmas shutdown, so that does make me feel slightly better.
I am focused and determined to shift this PDQ, off to the gymn tomorrow, more bulghar wheat for me for lunch tomorrow as that seems to do the trick. However, need to find some more exciting meals for supper, so am going to have a look at the SW website and see if I get any inspiration. Also having a competition with one of the girls at SW to see which of us can lose the most weight by next Tues!

Fiona, never mind, like you say we all put on over chrstmas so your 3lbs will soon come off[msnwink]
Off to do treadmill, so see you all later[clap][clap][clap][clap]

not to worry Fiona! that'll soon come off!, and 3lbs for christmas and a holiday isnt bad at all!!!
-
Visited my son yesterday so missed going on the treadmill but was very good with chicken salad for lunch with him but then also visited my dad who seems to have an endless supply of biscuits and sweets but I was not tempted even though he did his best to force feed me Bourbons!Am about to get on the machine for todays workout but will have to be careful again as I am going out to lunch with a friend her choice this time and we are going Italian all the cream in my favourite Carbonara is already calling me . But I will resist .-Maybe .

well done Fiona on you weightloss so far, as you say some people put on far more over the christmas holidays than you have, me for example! and 3lbs is only a blip, it will be off next week - definately
and Janny if you can choose a tomato based pasta dish for you lunch it will be much better for your weight than carbonara will [msneek] remember its not about what you can and can't have, it's about "choice power" and only you have that power to make the right choices for yourself
good luck and have a great lunch
another good day for me yesterday but i must do better on the water front[msnwink]

Well done Liesa, way to go. Had my porridge and a glass of water for breakfast[angel]. Got to go into work so will take a salad with me and cannot eat anything else there as stuck on an industrial estate! Keep positive everyone.
