Good morning all, didn't seem to have time to check-in and write anything yesterday.
Spent the morning walking on the beach and also having a swim, then went down later in the afternoon for another swim. Plus playing tennis and I had to cycle there and back.

Mizzy, sorry to hear the MRI results are not too good, let's hope they get your medication sorted out soon so that you start to feeling better and are able to enjoy that holiday.
Julie, keep up the good work and and your measurements prove that weight loss isn't everything. I wish I had taken all those measurements before I started.

Food diary for yesterday
Large bowl of fruit
Cold meat and salad and cherries
Prawn and asparagus frittata, salad and new potatoes plus fruit
Lots of water - must have been at least 3 litres during the day.
Off to play badminton shortly, then a swim before I go off to the RSPCA for my volunteer stunt.

Hi All final check in before I leave for Florida tomorrow .Haven't been on much as it has been hectic here with everything we have to sort before we go but I have been good and eaten well Downloaded Paul McKenna's cd onto my Ipod to listen to during the flight to see what its like and whether it has any effect on my eating habits jogging gear packed for ealry morning runs and planning to eat well and stick to the rules as much as I can.
Will be without computer access until saturday so will see you all then .I hope you all keep up the good work - just noticed the loss Karen well done and sorry the results weren't what you wanted Mizzy
