I don't drink coffee but due consume loads of Lady Gray tea with a slice of lime or lemon in. While I was having the chemo last year I used to drink hot water on it's own as even tea tasted strange - similar to the taste reactions I had when pregnant, but the oncologist warned me that alot of the reactions were going to be similar.
So I suppose I could go mad and start the day with hot water with slice of lemon in, but I do like my LG tea when feeling tired (like now, absolutely knackered but jet lagged so cannot sleep - and have to be up for 7 tomorrow am so this is going to be fun). I do drink tons of water, and whenever I have a facial the comment on what good condition my skin is in and they can tell I drink loads of water. Looks pretty tired at times to me too, but on the whole soft - I think it is in the genes as my mother's skin is lovely and she still looks much younger than she is.
Sorry I mizzed your birthday Mizzy, belated many happy returns, hope it was a good one.
I didn't get to SW last night, was fighting sleep in the forlorn belief I would go out like a light about 10pm!

Up and ready for today's grindstone[msnsad]
Will do 40 mins on treadmill before waking children up for first day back at school! Hubby is doing 50 min round trip to school as I am starting work at 7.30 this morning.
Did well foodwise yesterday-usual porridge for brekkie, small wholemeal sandwich for lunch and some lean turkey with vegetables for tea. Just had a couple of pieces of fruit for snacks PLUS a bowl of leftover veg for supper[msnscared](I was pretty hungry!).
Must try hard with the water today. Also, I'm taking a bag of fruit to work to eat throughout the day.
I think I must be a "tea addict". I do like strong, almost black coffee and limit this to just a couple of cups a day, but I dread to think how much tea I drink in a day. Maybe I should get this under control, but I enjoy it so much
[msnscared]
Have a good day everyone.
Carole
PS Your skin does look good Julie
