Yes good luck Mizzy......remember most of us on here have all put weight on over Christmas!!!...so you're not alone!![msnscared]
-
Good luck Mizzy-I think you're brave!
Julie-Love the healthy eating tips-I try to live by them all most of the time. I only usually "stray" bigtime at Christmas and whilst on holiday(notwithstanding my weekly Pizza Express treat from Sainsbury's!).
I did my 6 mile walk this afternoon and did 30 mins on the treadmill and crosstrainer yesterday, so I feel optimistic. I agree Julie, that it's hard to get back into it after a few days off, but well done with your 3k!
Back to work full-time on Wednesday, so no temptation during the day.
I'm struggling to drink enough water though, does anyone else dislike it[msnsad]

After reading some of this thread today I think I will join all of you with the weight loss.
I too am back to the straight and narrow tomorrow, back to work and straight to the gym.
I will start off with good intentions and then we are off to Florida next Wednesday until the following Thursday when we go of to Las Vegas for 5 nights. I will give it a good go until we are away though.
I struggle to drink enough water, I just do not like it [msnsad]
Good luck to everyone and a Happy New Year.

Mizzy, don't despair..remember most of us have put on weight. At least you were brave enough to get weighed today!..I'm not!![msnscared][msnscared]
Mags (Jan) welcome and keep us updated!!
Night times I find are the hardest to stop nibbling!!...especially when there is sooooooooooo much chocolate around!![msncry][msncry]

Mizzy-don't be too disheartened. Some of it will be water/fluid and will go fairly quickly. This is one of the reasons I haven't been weighed yet as I think that part of my gain will be lost in a few days. Having said this, I know for a fact that I have put weight on(probably around 5 or 6 lbs) and that this is the hard bit to shift.
You can do it Mizzy. We all can!
