Ali, i have been doing exercises on a ball with a dvd that exercises the core and i'm actually enjoying it [msneek] ok so it's a challenge to stay on the ball in the begining but you soon get the hang of it
Julie, how about upping the portion sizes of the veggies that are free on both days and reducing the red/ green part, this is what i did last week i made sure i didn't go hungry by eating more of the super free foods, 18lbs is a massive challenge i wish you great success with it because oh boy that is one hell of a goal, i will nag if that's what you need [msnwink]

Wow Julie that's a big target! Good luck with that - your food diaries always look pretty good to me.
I haven't eaten much at all today as I have had a bad migraine and been sick quite a few times. Feeling very hungry now but feel a bit nervous about eating anything at the moment [msnsad]
Good luck to anybody weighing in tomorrow and have a great week all.
Paula - I agree about the bacon butties on wholemeal bread - it has to be unhealthy white really[msnwink]

my food diary for today is pretty rubbish, i had another red day
brekkie toast n jam 3 syns
banana
carrot and coriander soup
chicken stir fry
pear
ww dessert 7 syns
total syns 10 [angel]
i feel it's rubbish as i've not eaten enough today but those syns are quite high (note to self stop dh buying ww desserts) i'm in a fridge raiding mood which is not good [msnembarrased] keep telling myself it's weigh in tomorrow night to keep me on track it would be silly to spoil a good week at the very last minute [msnscared]

Have had some catching up to do as I have just returned from my stay at Champneys. I am now fitter and have been eating very healthily as there was no opportunity to stray. I think I have lost a few pounds as my trousers are much looser but I didn't weigh myself before going so this is only a guess.
Sorry to hear you have been poorly Paula - hope you feel better soon.

Marie good luck with weigh in tonight[clap]
I have woken up with a renewed positive attitude so I must now stay focused and stay on track otherwise I will be kicking myself when we are in Florida[clap]

i'm pleased to say that i didn't wobble last night and raid the fridge, i did eat a lot of fruit though after posting my diary as i was so hungry
i've been very naughty and had a sneeky peek on the scales [msnembarrased] and it looks like i haven't lost any weight, will have to see at class tonight [?]

Good luck for tonight Marie and well done for staying out of the fridge last night [clap]
What a target you've set yourself Julie - good luck with it [msnsmile] make sure you eat enough though!!!
Paula and Pamela, hope you are both feeling better today [grouphug]
My food has strayed a little from SW plan over the weekend but I have been good and eaten healthily with lots of fruit and veggies and no naughty nibbles except for a mini size bag of malteesers. No beer and only 3 wine & sodas.
No gym either for me at the weekend but I have done a fair bit of walking - I just love this cold crisp weather - it's lovely [clap]<blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:Originally posted by canarypam

Well done Pamela (and hubby) [clap]
Well for the 5th week running I have stayed the same [msncry]
Think I will have to chop something off before getting on the scales next week [msnwink]
Hope you've done better than me Julie[/quote]Julie do you think you may be at your ideal weight if you have stayed the same for 5 weeks?
[/quote]
I'm 10lbs heavier than I was in mid October last year before my Florida hols [msneek] so I'm not quite ideal weight yet I'm afraid... just stuck!!!!

I too have woken up with a more positive attitude (I hope). Good luck for today and hope it all goes to plan. We have to do this :D I am determined not to be this size for my next trip to Florida in August!!
