My friend has been in Florida for almost a month and has lost 3lbs-I think that is fantastic. Hope I do as well.
I've been very good today had lots of fruit and water for brekkie
Just had 3 egg omelette and cheese for late lunch.
Had my two little grandsons here-they are so sweet-just 18months apart.
Love this age. They kept my mind off food-but it is so hot you almost have to force yourself to eat.
Feels like Florida-and as I'm doing a bit of cleaning-it definitely feels like Florida-lol.

It is def as hot as Florida here today, I stepped out of Sainsburys and it felt just like Pulix on the 192 - thanks goodness for air con in cars[clap][clap][clap]
Fiona sounds like you have had a wonderful time, really idilic[clap][clap] Yes its hot here Mum and Dad are down south not far from Hampton Court and they say its blistering[msnsmile]

Managed to get weighed today and whhhheyy hey......3lbs off. I can't understand how its fallen off after the weekend that I've just had!!! ( but I was very very good during the week)[msnwink]

Sally, I do so agree, it has been so got today, 86 down here on Hayling, I spect 2 hours on the beach with Tansy this afternoon, came home and then we went down again with Brian for a swim. Tansy has now collapsed in her basket exhausted and that doesn't happen very often.

It gets incredibly hot here in Melbourne, and you want to wear shorts and light clothing, and feel ok in them, so the less weight the better in the heat.
Plus I seem to put it on very easily, so I have to be careful.
I lost 5lbs here with you girls helping, and it was very slow to come off!
I would like to lose a couple more for summer, just to get rid of the squidgy tummy!
