Well done Julie, you are an inspiration tot he rest of us! Sharon, just aim for 1lb a week and you should be there easy peasy!
I get weighed in next Tuesday - the day we arrive back from Florida! Ate out at Macaroni's last night - had a low cal salad - grilled chicken, low fat feta etc. (Had to make up for the 1½ tumblers of red wine, yummy bread & the calamari which I suppose we did split between 3 of us!).
I have decided to aim for my op in late July after our summer hols to Florida and stop beating myself up about losing 1½ stone by March / April and then worrying will I be fit enough to fly long-haul late June and 6 months @ 1lb a week seems more reasonable.

Christmas Day I was good, Boxing Day not too bad and I have slowly spirralled out of control as the days have passed. The last proper meal I ate was on Christmas Day, just eaten rubbish since then.
The fridge is still full of chocolate[msneek]
I am going to try my best to get on track today. I am popping into work for an hour then I've promised my girls we will go to the park this afternoon.
I'm not weighing myself until Monday....I dread to think what has crept on.
Thinking maybe I need hypnosis to make me think chocolate doesn't taste heavenly.

Paula, I know the feeling, everywhere I look there is chocolate[msnwink]
I am off to have my hair cut and highlighted this morning, sit and be pampered for a few hours[clap][clap][clap]
Have a good day everyone[clap][clap]

Well done Julie [clap]
Liesa you have done so well this year - another stone in 2006 is a good and realistic target [msnsmile]
I'm not getting weighed until I'm back to work in January when I will get back on track big time
[msneek]
Been missing the gym but I have had some excercise - like washing cars and I have been for a brisk walk most days - was very hard work in the snow yesterday though and it looks very very icy this morning so I may need to walk slowly [msnoo]
But parties and birthdays will no doubt have taken their toll......
Sharon - a pound a week will be a breeze with all the encouragement from the slimming club, we're with you all the way [msnsmile2]

I'm sure the drawer in my fridge has mystic powers, the chocolates just aren't going down at all.[msneek]
Had a lovely walk this afternoon with my daughters in the park, the lake had frozen over so we were glad we had taken bread to feed the poor ducks.
Got a phone call while we were at the park to say my Dad had been in a car crash, he got clipped by a lorry and spun into a tree but thank God he is ok. He took a nasty bang to his head and after seeing the paramedics he didn't want to go to hospital but we have all convinced him to get checked over in the morning. So I have now got abanging headache myself.[msneek]
