Lyn -don't be disappointed. Last week I put 1/2 pound on - but lost it this week along with another 2 pounds. Stick with it - next week will be a good one ;)
As I've told you all before I don't really have lots of weight to lose - another 10lbs is my target. But apart from getting weighed my real aim is to be able to comfortably fit into the 2 pairs of jeans I bought last year and haven't yet worn cos they are sooooo uncomfortable.

I agree with Julie, remember, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT - it really does. so do not worry and try to think how you are actually feeling i.e. with exercise i feel more awake, alert, fitter, stronger, and my clothes feel better.
As I have already mentioned I am trying not to weigh myself and I am going from my fitness and clothes - I think some of you should do that instead of counting the pounds. Exercise does make a difference and you just have to get into a routine. So if some of you are just eating healthy think about getting a pedometer and see how far you really do walk and aim to get up to 10,000 steps (sorry I forgot who had the pedometer and did 4,500 steps, but at least you know you can improve on that)
Pedometers are not expensive and i think people will be surprised at how much they do NOT walk

Not only does muscle weigh more than fat but it burns more calories!!! So the more muscle you have the more cals you will burn in a day[msnsmile2]

Im still struggling with this migraine so it will be 2 days without proper exercise[msnsad]

.....WEigh in for me too today... LOST another 2lbs this week so really chuffed again!!! Didn't think I'd lose much this week as last weekend we went out twice for meals and ate rather well[msnscared][msnscared] and had a few glasses of vino !![msnoo]
I have been good though this week drinking "loads" of water!!
I have progressed with my pedometer and now have managed 8.000 steps today!!
