Alison if you try to stick to a one small item treat a day it should help make a difference (something like a 2 finger kit kat or 2 jaffa cakes)
so far i've had a bacon and mushroom buttie for brekkie using my healthy B's, i'm out of my favourite jam so had to make do with the buttie instead[msnsad]
planning on a yogurt in a min and some plums, off now to do some filing and shredding

Yes feeling positive today.
Jill I only had 1 cup of tea at work and drank water the rest of the time.
The girls at work always ask how I got on and always congratulate me, they all said I can't have much more to go. Today I told them how much I weighed and they were all shocked, they thought it was much less, don't know if that is a good or bad thing.
So far today-

mac cheese pasta n sauce
hifi bar ( b)
apple
banana
May have a cheese and onion omelette with salad for tonight (a). Then it's treat day, one chocci treat[msntongue].

I haven't been on for s few days been busy soring fabrics my home looks like a warehouse!
Have been good - tried Mizzy tips for mt TOTM carb craving and it had been better.
I have decided that shop window manufactures are in league with diet companies.I look ok when I leave home but by the time I reach the first shop I have gained 2 stone -or so it looks like !
Found time to go on the treadmill everyday and am planing to take my jogging gear to Florida next week so I don't go back a few steps .
Haven't read through all the post I have missed so well done to those who have done well and keep on going to those who may have slipped a little .

Really struggling right now.
Didn't have time to have much to eat before I left-only a handful of grapes.
Just had ham salad and am hungry and craving chocolate big style.
I keep passing the patient's dining room where there's a chocolate machine-and it's only a matter of time before I buy some

well i'm pleased to say that my little girl is back home safe and sort of well
she has some sunburn from when they visited the water park and i've just spent the last hour giving here a cool bath and covering her with calamine lotion[grouphug]
we mistakingly gave her the choice of tea to celebrate her return home so i'm afraid to say that we have just had a pizza hut take out[msneek][msnembarrased]
i have had 3 pieces of pizza and a small bowl of ice cream so i'll be crossing everything for mondays weigh in now
will be back on track tommorow, i'm just so pleased to have my princess back [msnsmile2]

We are having the main gas pipes in our road replaced at the mo and yesterday they cut us off for hours and then replaced the mains and reconnected us and caused a mega gas leak so spen this afernoon sorting it all out - good job I have the Home Gas Plan[clap][clap]

We are getting ready soon to go the Cracker Barrel, I can't make any promises but I've not be too naughty yet.
I spent almost two hours in the pool with the girls yesterday and felt like I'd done a workout this morning.

Couldn't resist some choccy-I knew I'd succumb in the end.
tried to pick something that would do the least damage and settled on a pack of smarties. Ate about 12 and then thought I'd ask the nurses where I could get weighed.
So-they offered to weigh me there and then
Well there was no going back.
So-now I know my weight and I'm not a happy bunny.
So allowing for the time of day, some swelling in my legs and my clothes (I always got weighed at home in my nightie first thing in the morning before my legs started to swell)I reckon I have about 18lbs to lose.
Suddenly the smarties seemed much less appealing.
Won't get that amount off in the 8 weeks before I go back to Florida.
Although it would be fantastic if I could.

is there a plan for a fast track weight loss-wherer they sometimes restrict some foods when you first start?
Seem to remember that from somewhere.
