Well done with the VAT Julie :)
I've been an [angel] too.
Porridge for breakfast, a smoothie mid morning and a whole meal pitta with chicken and chopped peppers for lunch. And lots of water [clap] [clap]

Well done Julie sounds like you and me eat the same type of food!!!!

Trouble is Julie I don't seem to stick to it as well as you do. You definately have more willpower than me [msnembarrased]

Gosh they are some early risers on this forum
i have to drag myself out of bed and thats at 7am mind you i haven't had a full nights sleep since my eldest child was born over 12 years ago
i wimped out of getting weighed last night but i have had a quick peek on the scales this morning and i'm about 1lb more (its hard to tell)
i was good in the pictures and avoided the fast food outlets on the way home but did have mini mince pie at bedtime
i'm gonna be good after all theres only 19days til christmas so it cant be that hard can it

Well done Mizzy at least you avoided the fast food - I have to admit I don't do Mcd's, KFC or Burger King, way too many chemicals for my liking[sick][sick][sick]
I am on a roll at the moment, uniform skirt is feeling nice and loose and sticking to it food wise[angel][angel]Also doing exercise everyday[clap][clap]

Afternoon Fellow Healthy Eaters [msnsmile2]
Crikey Julie but you get up early. Still asleep at that time of Night!
Well I have missed the weigh in this morning as I am in work. Missed Breakfast too so am now watching the clock waiting for lunch! Not sure what to have yet - maybe a Tuna Sandwich.
Having Pork for tea tonight with stacks of vegatables.

I'm an early riser too-usually exercising for 40 mins before 6am[msnscared].It genuinely is my only time to do it, unless I wait until late evening when I'm too exhausted.Foodwise, done ok for the last couple of days, but was involved in a minor car accident yesterday on the way to my daughter's carol service(not my fault!!!)so although I'm not badly injured or anything, I do have the proverbial "whiplash", with a stiff neck and shoulder, plus a headache[msnsad]. Haven't felt like eating today.

Sorry to hear about your accident Carole - look after yourself and when you do feel like eating, treat yourself [grouphug]
Liesa - you'll have to have a word with Steve - he's keeping you away from OV too much through the day [msnwink] [msnwink]
