but hopefully you will lose 2lbs at least next week?
and i wish i had will power for losing weight! God Knows where i found it to give up smoking 20 years ago!!!!

I read all the packets now to watch the calories & the fat, adds ages on to the shopping time. But all the other people doing the same around the healthy living section in Tesco makes you see how many people are trying to loose weight.

yes you go for it!! its easy once you get into it![msnwink]

Hi everyone (theres too many of us to mention!)
Welcome Lyn, 5lbs is good!

Ok, sorry everyone, slight crisis this evening, got home about 11.30 instead of 10pm!!!
Well, not tooooo happy only lost 2lb, but that is 2lb that has gone, I usually lose much more in my first week, but since I finished work just before Christmas, I was doing 12,000 steps a day and was much fitter so lost some weight, but I must admit after xmas I was trying hard not to put any weight on and usually not eating anything all day and just eating rubbish in the evening, I think my stomach just gave up growling.
I am hoping that my body is just in shock that I'm actually giving it three meals a day, so next week should be better, and it is my 'star week' so apparantally that can make 3-4 lb difference.
I do know, that had if I did not have the support of you guys, I would have come home this evening and pigged out on chocolate[grouphug]
And to top it all off, I told everyone at the class I would give up chocolate for lent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![msnoo] (yeah right, straight after I part the red sea!![msnwink])
Keep it up everyone, and thanks for all your support[msnsmile2]
